How to Use Solenne Safely

Solenne is intended to support the cosmetic appearance of the skin. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure acne, pigmentation, rosacea or any other medical skin condition.

  1. Charge the controller for approximately three hours using the included USB cable. The indicator shows red while charging and green when fully charged.
  2. Cleanse your face and remove all makeup, sunscreen and skincare products.
  3. Allow your skin to dry completely.
  4. Connect the mask to the rechargeable controller.
  5. Position the mask over your face and adjust the fastening straps until comfortable.
  6. Position the included eye patches according to the supplied manual.
  7. Long-press the power button and select your preferred LED setting.
  8. Use Solenne for approximately 15–30 minutes. The supplier recommends up to three sessions per week.
  9. Switch off the controller and remove the mask.
  10. Apply your usual serum and moisturiser afterwards.
  11. Gently wipe the mask with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry before storing.
