Frequently Asked Questions
How does Revella help skin that's changed over time?
Revella provides targeted care for visible concerns that often become more noticeable as skin changes over time, including reduced firmness, fine lines, uneven-looking texture and softer facial contours. Its three treatment modes allow you to focus on the concern that matters most to you.
What is the difference between HIFU, RF and EMS
HIFU uses focused ultrasound technology to support firmer-looking skin. RF provides controlled warmth to help soften the appearance of fine lines and uneven texture. EMS provides gentle electrical muscle stimulation to enhance the appearance of tone and definition around the cheeks and jawline.
How often should I use Revella?
Treatment frequency may vary depending on the selected mode. Always follow the schedule and safety guidance in the supplied instruction manual. Do not exceed the recommended treatment times or a total session time of 15 minutes.
Do I need conductive gel?
Yes. Apply a generous, even layer of water-based conductive gel before every treatment. It helps the device maintain contact with your skin and glide comfortably across the treatment area. Never use Revella on dry skin. Conductive gel is required but is not included.
When might I notice visible results?
Results vary according to your skin, selected mode and consistency of use. Revella is designed to support gradual improvements in the appearance of firmness, smoothness and facial definition with consistent use. No particular result or timeframe can be guaranteed.
Where can Revella be used?
Revella is designed for use across the forehead, cheeks, jawline and sides of the neck. Only use it on areas approved in the supplied instruction manual and follow all included safety precautions.
Is Revella rechargeable?
No. Revella is a plug-in device and must remain connected to power throughout your treatment, providing consistent power without needing to recharge between sessions.
